Development of Training Curricula and Training Plan for EU topics

Lucid Linx is currently implementing a project that aims to enhance the DEI’s capacity to develop tailored training programme for its employees and civil servants in other BiH institutions. The project is funded by the British Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lucid Linx has been commissioned to conduct an assessment of previous DEI engagement in training delivery and identify gaps, to scope and recommend key areas for DEI engagement in training delivery under the “Principles of the BiH State institution training system” to produce an Action Plan for training delivery and to develop training curricula for identified subjects to be delivered. back to previous
